From start to finish we were taken care of by the office staff to Rick the boat mechanic. Called due to my boat overheating and needing an impeller replaced. Dropped my boat off expecting a 8 am appointment the following day and I got a text 3 hours later the same day and it was finished. DHM is a very awesome customer friendly service and business. We were out of town, on the lake at Dale Hollow on vacation. Our pontoon boat started making beeping noises. It would beep 4 alarms, wait for a couple of minutes and do it again. We are new to the pontoon world. We couldn’t figure it out. We read up on it and it seemed to be the oil reservoir canister. We called DHM and they told us to bring it on down, they’d get to it first thing in the morning. To our surprise, they did. And it was the oil reservoir. They had it ready by noon. We were only down till noon that day and back on the water to enjoy our vacation. Our boat was ready to go again! I would recommend this company to anyone for all their service and repairs. They are a family-oriented place and very nice to work with. We had never traveled to Dale Hollow Lake before, didn’t know anyone or business down there. This is definitely a trustworthy place to call. They have your best interest in mind. Thanks again for getting to us quickly and getting us back on the water so fast! While on vacation, we had a weird knocking sound in our boat motor when we first put it on the lake. My husband decided to pull our boat out and bring it up to DHM. These guys were AMAZING! They got us right in and saved our vacation! They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had us back in the water in 2 hours!!! These guys seriously saved our vacation that we look forward to each year! My husband raved their praises all week. They checked our entire motor and gave him many tips for future maintenance on our boat. We have dealt with many boat places and this by far was the best service we have ever gotten for a great price!
