Charlie and Rudy are our full-time greeters. They come to work every day with their mom (Tricia). Give them a pat on the head and Rudy might give you a smile. Charlie may even tell you a story.
Peanut and Hickory are our part-time greeters. Feel free to give them some love on days they come to work with their daddy. (Ken)
Owner/Marine Technician
Ken is the owner and operator. He worked for the previous owners for 10 years before
purchasing Dale Hollow Marine which he has owned for 10 years putting him at 20 total
years of marine experience. He is certified in Mercury and Mercruiser engines and has
a vast knowledge of Volvo Penta, Johnson outboards, and OMC.
Ken has a background working on small engines, cars, and diesel trucks. He currently maintains the fleet of vehicles and equipment that we use at the shop.
He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is willing to share his knowledge with customers who would like to work on their boats. He is very approachable and available when it comes to the needs of customer boating issues.
Store and office operations
Tricia is Ken's sister and moved from Pennsylvania in March of 2015 to handle the store and office operations. She has an Associate's Degree in Accounting and can handle the bookkeeping side of the business.
She is the first voice you will hear and handles scheduling, in-store customer needs, and replenishing of stock.
She is friendly and has good customer service skills. She will do her best to ensure that the customer is content when leaving our facility.
Marine Technician
Pat joined our team in May of 2015 when Ken took over. He has a background in working on his boat for many years. He is skilled in outdrive service, replacing bellows and engine pulls among other various marine needs.
Marine Technician
Rick has 3 years of mobile marine service before coming to work at Dale Hollow Marine. Ken invited him to join our team in May of 2022. Rick is currently in the process of becoming Mercury and Mercruiser certified. Rick has great customer service skills and can problem-solve many issues that come up.

We are open from Mid March to Mid November
Our hours are 9am to 4pm CST Monday through Saturday — We are closed every Wednesday
On Memorial Day weekend, we open on Sundays 8am to 12pm through the end of the season
Tommy was an employee of Dale Hollow Marine for approximately 20 years as a Marine Technician. He was here with the old owners and stayed to work with Ken. He passed away in May of 2022.
Tommy was a generous and funny man. He could make you laugh until you cried and listen to you if you just needed to talk.
Our customers and all of us here at DHM miss Tommy’s infectious laughter and the wonderful stories that he couldn’t make short no matter what.
